YOUTH FITNESS

Class Days/Times: Tue/Fri at 3:30pm

YouthFit – a strength and conditioning program for ages 8-14yrs old. These classes help build muscle, while teaching proper weight lifting form. They help burn excess weight while increasing athletic endurance.

TREK FITNESS – RUN – BIKE – ROW

Instructed Class Days/Times: Mon/Thur at 6am & Open workout days are Tue/Thur at 5:30pm

TREKFIT – a RUN-BIKE-ROW Fitness class. This class is an endurance rush with plenty of core strengthening. A GREAT way for parents to train while kids are in Youth TKD class. These TrekFit classes help students BURN Fat FAST while also helping those who are interested in getting ready for those Winter Triathlon Events & Obstacle Course RUNS!!

KBFIT – CROSS TRAINING FITNESS

Class Days/Times:

Tue/Fri at 5:30am & 6am, Mon/Thur at 4:30pm, Mon/Wed/Fri at 5:30pm,

 

KBFIT – a Kickboxing Bootcamp Fitness class. Team Ross KB Fitness offers an interesting balance of Intensity, Effort, Community, and Coaching, and is the best place for both physical training in a group setting and personal training. Although it is called Kickboxing & Boot Camp these cross training workouts include SO MUCH more!! Cross Training has been the fastest-growing cardio and strength-and-conditioning-training trends in America. At Ross you benefit from Both! Our KB Fit workouts are vigorous and some classes combine Bag workouts (kicking/punching combos’) strength training, aerobics and anaerobic all in one, so that you become fitter than ever imagined.

BAGBLAST is an Express 30min Fitness class that is a FAST and Furious Kickboxing workout! While the class only lasts 30min the benefits last for hours!! An ultimate cardio workout that Burns FAT while having a great time kicking and punching your way to reaching your fitness GOALS.

BodyFlow Fitness – Yoga & Pilates

Tue/Thur. at 7:30am

BodyFlow is a low impact fitness class that incorporates both Yoga & Pilates into an amazing Fitness class.  This fitness program will increase your mobility, improve your flexibility, strengthen your core muscles, and engage your whole body.  Moves and positions are modified to fit your fitness level.
